Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase you make from MailboxGrid ("we", "us"). MailboxGrid is a business owned and operated by Abdul Mohaiman Sethi (sole proprietor), Street 10, House 81, Defence Officers Colony, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Our service

We provide Microsoft 365 tenants set up for business email outreach. Each tenant is one domain with 99 mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured, and a file listing every mailbox login. You can use domains you already own or have us register new ones. We do not provide leads, write emails, run campaigns or supply a sending tool.

Accounts

You sign in to your MailboxGrid dashboard with a code sent to your email or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for all activity in your dashboard.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Tenants cost $18 per tenant per month, billed in advance as a subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel. Domains we register for you cost $15 for the first year and $22 for each following year, charged separately. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles billing, invoices and applicable sales tax.

Acceptable use

You may use our service only for lawful business communication. You must not use it to send phishing, malware, fraud, threats, adult content or anything illegal; to impersonate another person or company; or to contact people who have asked you to stop. Every email you send must identify your business and offer a simple way to opt out, and you must honour opt-out requests promptly. You must follow the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and other anti-spam and data protection laws, and Microsoft's terms of use. We may suspend or cancel a service without refund if it is used in breach of this section.

Your mailboxes

You are responsible for keeping mailbox passwords safe and for everything sent from your mailboxes. We keep administrative access to the Microsoft tenants we set up so we can maintain them. Do not change administrator settings or remove our access.

Results

We set up and test every tenant before delivery. Inbox placement, replies and sales depend on your list, your message and your recipients' email providers, so we do not guarantee them.

Renewal, suspension and cancellation

You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your tenants stay active until the end of the month you have paid for and are then removed. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend the affected tenants until it is paid, and remove them if it stays unpaid for 7 days.

Domains

Domains we register for you are registered through our registrar account with privacy protection, for one year at a time. They renew each year while the tenant on them is active. You can ask us to transfer a domain to you at any time once it is more than 60 days old, as registries require.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for interruptions caused by Microsoft, domain registries or other providers outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to payments made after that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the courts of Peshawar, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
