MailboxGrid sells a digital service. Nothing is shipped by post. This page explains what you receive and when.

What you receive

For each tenant: a Microsoft 365 tenant on your domain with 99 mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, and the login for every mailbox, available in your dashboard and as a CSV file.

Delivery time

Most tenants are ready in 3 to 5 days after payment. We build the tenant, configure its records, check that it sends, and then create your mailboxes. If you use your own domain, delivery starts once you have changed its nameservers to the ones shown in your dashboard.

How it is delivered

Your dashboard shows each domain's progress. When a tenant is ready, its mailboxes and passwords appear in your dashboard, ready to download as a CSV, and we email you.

Where we serve

We serve businesses worldwide. Prices are in US dollars.

Support

Email support is included while your subscription is active, including help connecting mailboxes to your sending tool. Leads, copywriting and campaign management are not part of the service.

Delays

If Microsoft or a domain registry delays a tenant, we tell you. If we cannot deliver within 7 days of payment, you can ask for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
