This policy explains what information MailboxGrid collects and how we use it. MailboxGrid is a business owned and operated by Abdul Mohaiman Sethi (sole proprietor), Street 10, House 81, Defence Officers Colony, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- Order details: the domains you connect or buy and the mailbox names you choose.
- Billing details: handled by Creem, our payment provider. We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card number.
- Messages you send us by email.
- Basic technical data: your IP address when you sign in, to protect accounts from abuse.
How we use it
To set up and deliver your tenants, register your domains, process payments, send sign-in codes and service emails, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Microsoft (which hosts the mailboxes), our mailbox setup provider, our domain registrar, Creem (payments), and our email delivery provider (for sign-in codes and service emails). Each receives only what it needs. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Mailbox passwords
We create the passwords for your mailboxes and show them in your dashboard. We keep them only as long as needed to maintain your service.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes.
Security
Our website and dashboard use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign-in sessions are stored securely and can be ended by signing out. Access to customer information is limited to the people who run the service.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your service has ended. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
